John Smith
John Smith, 75, passed away peacefully on the 13th of March 2014. After a hard-fought battle against cancer, John was able to spend the last few days of his life surrounded by his closest family members at his home in Manhattan.
He is survived by his wife (name), two son sons (names) and four grandchildren (names).
John was a devoted husband to his wife and an attentive and loving father to his two sons. He spent most of his career as a mechanic in a car workshop that he partly owned.
He will be eternally remembered for his affectionate and kind ways that endeared him to one and all.
A memorial service honoring the late John Smith will be held on Sunday, March 16, 2014, 1pm at the Our Lady of Peace Church. In lieu of flowers, please consider remembering John by making a contribution to The Children’s Charity, a cause that was close to his heart.
